Be a Joy Seeker

I am full of joy today, I know that seems like an awful thing to say right now with everything going on but why is joy a bad thing? We should all be trying to find joy right now.

Be a Joy Seeker

The coffee was hot this morning and soooo good.

The sun was shining brightly after last nights long hard rain with thunder that rattled the windows and woke my children causing them to seek comfort in my arms, snuggled under the covers with me.

The birds were chirping, the spring peepers peeping, and I saw my first dragonfly flutter past as I stood at the waters edge with my mug in hand.

The natural world in Ohio, has woken up from a long winters slumber and I refuse to let them go to waste by not soaking up these moments, they fill my soul with happiness. Spring is one of my favorite seasons I love to watch all that has been dormant wake up flourish.

After a morning spent outside, I walked into my office carrying another mug, this one full of steaming ginger turmeric tea. I sat down ready to get to work when I came across a YouTube video that brought a giant smile to my face.

Have you read the Llama Llama books to your children? I love them, maybe even more than my children, the rhyme scheme makes it so much fun to read.

My favorite of the Llama Llama books is Llama Llama Mad At Mama, but there are all good. I have included a few below if you are interested in adding them to your library.

I challenge you today to find 3 moments that brought you joy and share them on social media tag me and I will repost it to my story.

Be a Joy Seeker.
